TAMARAH BRODSKY

IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

Tamarah Brodsky serves as in-house counsel at iBusiness Funding and has been a civil litigator for over seventeen years.   Mrs. Brodsky began her career in New York City where she litigated commercial disputes in the areas of fraud, insurance defense and insurance coverage. Eventually, she moved to Miami, FL where she was an associate in insurance coverage and litigation for Hicks, Porter, Ebenfeld & Stein, P.A.

Mrs. Brodsky also served as in-house counsel for Fidelity National Financial. During her tenure there she successfully litigated title insurance matters, and cases against the FDIC-R in the area of closing protection letter coverage.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and her juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.  Mrs. Brodsky is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bars.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
